Unplug Thursday to hook up with your tweeps, tech tango with some Twitter Twister and effectively feed a child. A multiple-city-scale social networking soiree, the Triangle Tweetup supports the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC’s Kids Summer Stock Program—a program that doles dollars and collects food to fight hunger for food-assisted school children for whom “no school means no meals.” So, roll over to Bronto in Durham with a couple cans to donate and get dialed up on free drinks with a host of the Triangle’s hottest Twitterati. Stay tuned with @triangletweetup for updates. Doors open 6:45. Can’t make the mashup? Donate.
