Earlier this week TT broke the news that Eschelon Hospitality—parent company to Mura, Sono and The Oxford—now stretches their spellbinding swank down the Glo-So strip with their purchase of The Pourch/Bassment (next to Helios; formerly Aura, but no one’s missing that).
And that’s not all they have in store….set to yield at least two additional concepts this year, sating palates and spiffing up wardrobe palettes with a hip Glo-So haunt and a chic men’s boutique.
BELOW INFORMATION UPDATED OCT. 15
Clockwork—a retro Kubrick-ian “Clockwork Orange” concept bar—is etched for Glenwood South this fall early 2011. The original fall 2010 open date was slowed down due to Eschelon’s investments in Trim/Ivy (former Pourch/Bassment). For now (spring 2011), inside word is that logistical issues have stalled the Clockwork concept indefinitely.
To be preceded by Dapper Style House, a sip–n-shop men’s boutique serving up snazzy with a sidecar of ’tinis and local lagers, set to dole duds in The Dawson by September with a slated opening next week, tentatively Thurs. Oct. 28. Dapper will also house JULKEE—a fashion forward burgeoning brand by up-and-coming fashion designer Julie Patel. Read full release.
